About the Journal “Annals of Anesthesiology and Critical Care” is a clinical journal which is informative to all practitioners like anesthesiologists, intensivists, pain physicians’, internists and all other specialists who are interested in clinical anesthesiology preoperative medicine, critical care and post-operative pain medicine.

This open source, peer reviewed journal is the official journal of “Iranian society of anesthesiology and critical care” which was founded by Prof. Alireza Salimi (President of the society), Dr Seyed Mohammadreza Hashemian (Chairman) and Dr Saeid Safari (Editor in Chief) in 2016.

The journal context is devoted to particular compilation of the latest worldwide and interdisciplinary approach and findings including original manuscripts, case reports, meta-analyses and reviews, brief communications, and letters relevant to clinical anesthesiology, critical care, pharmacology, preoperative and postoperative care, pain control, pharmacology, pathophysiology, techniques and monitoring, economic & policy issues.
